About Rouba Samoul

I am Rouba Samoul, a dedicated Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) with a deep-seated passion for enriching the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays. Over the past 8 years, I have specialized in delivering behavioral interventions in diverse settings such as homes, schools, and community environments, focusing on children between the ages of 2 to 14 years. My academic journey includes a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Psychology from Massachusetts Central University, achieved in July 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Damascus University's Faculty of Education, completed in October 2010. My practice is deeply rooted in evidence-based methodologies and individualized treatment programs, aimed at fostering meaningful progress in the individuals I serve. I pride myself on my ability to craft creative program plans tailored to each learner's unique needs and my capacity to remain composed and adaptive in the face of daily challenges. My work ethic is characterized by punctuality, superior organizational skills, and a professional demeanor. In leadership roles, I have effectively managed teams of therapists, guiding them towards our shared objectives with a blend of empathy and determination. My approach is driven by an understanding of the challenges faced by parents and a genuine passion for working with children. I am skilled in conducting behavior analytic assessments and creating function-based behavior support plans. My effective listening skills and thorough application of ABA principles are key to my success in delivering and supervising comprehensive intervention programs. Being fluent in both Arabic and English allows me to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues. My certifications as a BCaBA ,QBA and IBA affirm my commitment and expertise in the field of behavior analysis.
